Australian Parliament House recently elected CouchCreative to manage the design and redevelopment of the Parliamentary Information website. The website contains millions of documents, bills and Hansard records which are made available via an extensive search engine and are displayed in a sophisticated online environment.
CouchCreative was also engaged to design, construct and implement an online training and help facility in order to assist users with efficient use of the portal and make the fundamental information contained within the site as readily accessible as possible.

CouchCreative integrated robust, refined information architecture and design into the extensive search based website. The new website is closely supported by an intuitive online Flash training portal which cleverly educates its users and assists them with accessing the records contained in the vast database facility.
